Today marks my first birthday celebration at KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital, and I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on an incredible journey filled with gratitude, growth, and meaningful patient care.

Over the past year, I have had the privilege of meeting and caring for patients from Johor, across Malaysia, and neighbouring countries. Every consultation, every procedure, and every follow-up visit has reminded me why I chose cardiology—not just to treat heart disease, but to improve lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.
