Glad to be able to share some general knowledge on diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol to a group of Great Eastern’s insurance agent at IJN today!

It was attended by 50 participants, to introduce them about IJN, what are the services that we provide to public.

Some important points:

  • IJN is a private hospital owned by Ministry of Finance (NOT Government hospital)
  • IJN is an institute, not only providing medical care but also doing research, education (IJN college)
  • IJN has 449 total beds
  • IJN provides 24 hours primary angioplasty to heart attack patient
  • IJN is the only center providing heart transplant service

It was honored to share a case at Biosensor BFIT: Revolutionizing Biosensors: A Case Study in Cutting-Edge Technology at BFIT!

It was attended by cardiology fellows across the country with 8 finalist to compete for the best case presentation. Great presentations by all the other finalists with great learning points!

It was held at Aloft Hotel Kuala Lumpur, with esteem consultant cardiologist Datuk Dr Kumara, Dr Liew Houng Bang & Prof Eric.

I’m glad to share a HBR & CHIP case of calcified LAD with LM bifurcation stenting & hybrid strategy with the audience.

Terumo partnered with IJN, organized a 1 day workshop for cardiology fellows at IJN, Strategic Solutions: Terumo-IJN Bailout Solutions Workshop.

Well organized and chaired by Datuk Dr Shaiful & Datuk Dr Kumara, our consultant interventional cardiologist from IJN!

We also have hands-on session with the 3D model!

In this session, we were learning about balloon dysfunctions solutions and stent dislodgement solutions.

I were sitting at 3rd row, can fit 2 adults for short distance! real 7 seater car but not comfortable for long distance. No more boot space for luggage though.
