Not all heart blockages are soft.
Some are rock hard with calcium — so severe that even balloons and stents struggle to pass through.
That’s where Rotablation comes in.
A tiny high-speed diamond burr drills through the calcium to open the artery safely. 
From “impossible lesion” → successful stenting.

并不是所有心脏血管阻塞都那么简单。
有些血管因为严重钙化，硬得像石头，连气球和支架都无法顺利通过。
这时候，**Rotablation（旋磨术）**就派上用场了。
利用高速旋转的“钻石磨头”，把坚硬钙化慢慢磨开，让血管重新打通。
从“无法处理的病变” → 成功植入支架。
复杂的心脏问题，需要更先进的治疗方案。
This is a case I recently did. Patient was referred from another hospital for balloon uncrossable lesion.
IVUS could not cross & hence Rotablation was done.
Repeated IVUS showed calcium nodule & hence Wolverine & IVL was used
Lesion managed to open nicely after multiple lesion preparation!
